2. What data we process

We only process the data you send us through the contact form: name, company, email, reason for contacting us and your message. If you write to us about a job, we also process the details you include about your application. Our server also keeps technical logs of IP addresses and visit times for security purposes.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiry and, if you are a brand or distributor, to explore a possible business relationship. Legal basis: your consent when you submit the form and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
To handle job applications when the reason is Careers. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
To keep the site secure (server logs). Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and for no more than one year after the last contact, unless a business relationship begins. Job applications are kept for up to one year. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.

5. Who we share it with

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Our web hosting and email providers access it as data processors, using servers located in the European Union.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@dsmbeauty.com. If you believe we have not handled your rights properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
